Who are we?

Aalap Trivedi

I have been a professional editor since 2015.

I specialise in academic content written by ESL and EFL authors. My areas of expertise are business management, economics and economic history. I also copyedit and proofread texts in the fields of corporate law and political science.

I take on the following types of projects:

  • Scholarly papers meant for publication in journals
  • Student essays, conference presentations
  • Academic books and textbooks
  • Non-fiction books (memoirs, technical manuals, process/procedural documents)
  • Corporate documents such as financial reports or annual reports
  • Research reports
  • Business and non-business communication

I have considerable experience in managing editorial and publishing projects. I understand how to work with other creative professionals. I work with clients from all over the world. I understand how English is used differently by different people, and can therefore help them convey their meaning accurately and clearly.

As a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP), I am committed to CIEP's Membership Codes as well as to continuous professional development.
